<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner which provides a high quality equivalent to or better than that of a conventional type while a cost is reduced, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A laser write-in unit 22 is provided with a light source unit 31 and an image formation optical system 32. The light source unit 31 emits a plurality of light beams 59, 60, 61 and 62. The image formation optical system 32 has first scanning lenses 117Y, 117M, 117C and 117K which are provided so as to correspond to light beams 59, 60, 61 and 62, and forms the image of the light beams 59, 60, 61 and 62 onto the outer surface of photoreceptor drums 8Y, 8M, 8C and 8K. The first scanning lenses 117Y, 117M 117C and 117K are so formed that a virtual light beam G1 at the center between the light beams 59 and 60 and a virtual light beam G2 at the center between the light beams 61 and 62 are image-formed on a straight line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
