<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable communication terminal equipment for achieving communication quality optimized in both the normal mode and an HAC mode. <P>SOLUTION: In disclosed portable communication terminal equipment configured to change a transmission output power according to an operation mode, when a normal mode is selected, the maximum transmission output power is controlled to the maximum transmission output power value in the normal use status according to a radio part control signal 9 to be output to a radio transmission/reception part 2 by a control part 7 according to the operation of a user through a user interface part 8.
