PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter in which an attenuation property is sharp, an attenuation amount is large and is ensured over wide bands. SOLUTION: The noise filter is configured by laminating a plurality of insulating substrate layers 101-111 disposed with signal transmitting conductors and/or grounding conductors, in which the signal transmitting conductors 201-210 and the grounding conductors 301-305, 308-310 constitute a signal transmitting coil and a grounding coil through through holes, both terminals of the signal transmitting coil are input and output terminals and both terminals of the grounding coil are a ground terminal and an open terminal, has two or more grounding coils and two or more layers of insulating substrate layers in which only the signal transmitting coils are arranged are laminated between the respective grounding coils.
