The present invention relates to an electronic device (117) and a corresponding method for reconstructing a data page from an oversampled detected image of said data page. In order to avoid the necessity of using reference marks for said reconstructing it is provided an extraction unit (118) for extracting an oversampling factor from said oversampled detected image, a determination unit (119) for determining a correction information for a correction of said oversampled detected image with respect to said data page by using said extracted oversampling factor, and a correction unit (120) for correcting said oversampled detected image by using said determined correction information.
