An apparatus made of natural material, such as rock, stone, semi-precious crystal, or mineral stone is configured for providing sexual stimulation. The apparatus has a sufficient mass to simulate the weight and sensation of a male partner. In one embodiment, the apparatus can be configured as a smooth oblong-shaped rock of various sizes, including in weight, length, and diameter. In another embodiment, the apparatus can be dildo shaped or have a configuration of conventional phallic sexual devices. In another embodiment, the apparatus can have an internal chamber for the addition of vibration-producing device or a heating element, in which a controlled trigger permits the user to activate continuous vibration or to achieve a particular temperature.
