PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively secure lubrication of sliding parts by a simple composition in a fluid machine raising the pressure of taken-in fluid and delivering the fluid. SOLUTION: The fluid machine is provided with a flat cylindrical cylinder 8 forming a cylinder chamber 80, a cylindrical piston 5 arranged in the cylinder chamber 80, a drive shaft part 1 fit through a center part of the cylindrical piston 5 and rotated by an external drive source 331, and bearing parts 31, 41 rotatably holding the drive shaft part 1. The cylindrical piston 5 is operated in the cylinder chamber 80 by rotation of the drive shaft part 1, and the pressure of the fluid taken into the cylinder chamber 80 is raised and the fluid is delivered. An oil storage chamber 10 filled with lubricating oil with higher viscosity than the fluid is formed around the drive shaft part 1 such that the drive shaft part 1 includes contacting portions of the cylindrical piston 5 and the bearing parts 31, 41, and very small spaces 51, 53 maintained at a pressure lower than the oil storage chamber 10 are formed on an outer side of the oil storage chamber 10 along an axial end face 50 of the cylindrical piston 5.
