PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplicate-key fitting structure for a portable device capable of storing a sharp end of the manual key as well as projecting it easily in use without increasing the personal belongings nor fearing the risk of loss. SOLUTION: In a main body case 11 for a portable device 100 having a function as an electronic key for automatically unlocking the electronic lock device without contact, a hand-operated manual key 13 corresponding to the electronic key is fixed relatively movable to the main body case 11 in such a way as to be projected from the surface configuration of the main body case 11 and also to be housed on the surface configuration.
