The device has tolerance and sliding-resistant anchorage flexibly adapted to a wrist of a patient and provided as a cuff (1) that is guided around the wrist. The anchorage is fastened by a fastener such as hook and loop fastener, cord and buckle. The anchorage is covered with a neoprene, a foam, a felt and a foam material. The anchorage fixes hands, where the fixed hands are coupled to a connection that is adjustable along length through a metal ring (2). The connection is provided as a band, rope, a cord or a belt, and is guided over an angled knee of the patient.
