An apparatus, which corrects a portion of a predetermined packet, comprises a means (31) that receives TS and determines whether each TS packet is a respective predetermined packet; a means (32) that receives TS and delays TS; a means (33) that corrects a portion of a predetermined packet; and a means (34) that receives the delayed TS and the corrected predetermined packet and selectively outputs the delayed TS and the corrected predetermined packet. The third means (33) writes a predetermined ID or the like (e.g., a number) over an ID or the like (e.g., a number) described in the predetermined packet. |
