<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a range change-over valve escape from stoppage at an intermediate position while avoiding the generation of hunting in ordinary control in a range change-over apparatus in which the range change-over valve (manual valve) is driven by a motor. <P>SOLUTION: When a range change-over operation does not finish within a specified time limit (S5) in the state in which hardware is not in trouble (S1, S2), a driver operates an emergency switch after switching once to a fail safe state (S6, S7). When the emergency switch is operated (S8), the fail safe state is released (S9), and motor torque is temporally increased so as to be larger than that in a normal state (S10) in order to make the range change-over valve start to move from a stopped position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
