摘要 A prefabricated cofferdam device for an underwater structure, and a corrosion protection, repair and reinforcement method for an underwater structure using a prefabricated cofferdam device are provided to perform inspection work at any time by assembling and disassembling a cofferdam device simply, to move into the next structure simply when constructing many structures, to have excellent shielding property for cutting off inflow, to cut off infiltration caused by waves at marine work, to be stable against shaking by waves, to cut down on construction expenses by shortening working hours and to perform construction work without limitation on wharf utilization. A prefabricated cofferdam device(A) for repairing and reinforcing a structure(S) installed in the water comprises a lower support(100) formed in a case body having the internal cross-sectional shape adhered closely to the outer circumferential surface of the structure and divided into two or more parts, a main body(200) coupled to the upper part of the lower support, formed to have a larger inside diameter than the lower support and divided into two or more parts, and an upper support(300) installed to the upper part of the main body to secure a work space and to prevent the overflow of waves. A corrosion protection, repair and reinforcement method for an underwater structure using a prefabricated cofferdam device comprises the steps of: carrying a cofferdam device composed of a lower support, a main body and an upper support to a target structure of construction; mounting the lower support to the target structure of construction; mounting the main body to the upper part of the lower support; separating an air cylinder of the main body, opening up the body and inserting, and advancing the air cylinder forward and fixing, and then retreating and closing; connecting a compressor to the air cylinder and keeping watertight simultaneously; installing the upper support to the upper part of the main body; pumping up water inside the main body; installing a fixing turnbuckle to the inside of the main body to prevent horizontal shaking; installing a waste suction device to the main body, and cleaning with water; and performing necessary works for the structure such as welding, painting, etc. and undergoing an inspection, and dismantling in reverse order, and then moving.
