A camera module equipped using magnetic force and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shield an electromagnetic wave for an image sensor by assembling a housing and a lens barrel apart from each other due to magnetic force. A camera module(100) using magnetic force comprises a housing(110) formed by injection molding mixed resin of magnetic powders, a lens barrel(120) fitted to the upper portion of the housing, in which a plurality of lenses(L) are stacked and a printed circuit board(130) is closely fitted to the lower portion of the housing, with an image sensor(131) embedded.
