A duplex vibration insulation rubber integrated with a pipe is provided to employ a vibration insulation rubber and a coupling bracket for a pipe, so that the amplitude of a fluid caused by the noise of an air conditioner compressor is attenuated, and to insulate a vehicle body from the pipe so that the introduction of driving noise of the vehicle body is prevented. An insulation rubber(10) has a predetermined height. A plurality of holes(20) are formed between an inner circumferential surface(12) and an outer circumferential surface(14). An adhesive agent is coated in order to couple the inner circumferential surface of the insulation rubber to a pipe. At least one diffusion groove(16) is formed along the inner circumferential surface of the insulation rubber such that the adhesive agent is easily diffused. A locking step(18) is formed at two opposite ends of the outer circumferential surface of the insulation rubber.
