A system for watching and controlling a distribution line based on a mosaic display is provided to record watching and controlling signals transmitted and received between a mosaic panel and an information processing device as data. A system for watching and controlling a distribution line based on a mosaic display includes an information processing device and a mosaic panel(100). The mosaic panel remotely controls a transforming facility by transmitting and receiving information to and from the information processing device. The mosaic panel includes a plurality of automatic switching cam switches(110), a mosaic lamp(120), a motion display LED(130), a field bus, a power supply unit(160). IDs(IDentifications) are assigned to the automatic switching cam switches. The mosaic lamp receives on/off information signal of a ground of a field transforming facility(300) and visually displays an operation state of the ground by lighting a lamp according to the received signal.
