The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a process for wine distillate production. The process for wine distillate obtaining provides for the enrichment of wine stocks with a strength of 8à11 vol.% and a pH of 2,8à4,0 with Cu2+ ions up to a content of 8à15 mg/dm3, subsequent ageing during 10 days at the temperature of 5à15?C and distillation of the enriched wine, enrichment being carried out by means of a device for electromechanical flow generation of copper ions with a wine stock consumption of 50à100 dm3/min and the current intensity of 16à30 A. The wine stock distillation is carried out periodically or in continuous flow. The device for electrochemical flow generation of copper ions for realization of the process includes two coaxial cylinders (10, 11) separated by a space, connected to a direct current source (12), the inner cylinder (10) with a contact surface of 500à800 cm2, serving as anode, is made of copper and has closed ends with bases in the form of cone, and the outer cylinder (11), serving as cathode, is made with the bases in the form of truncated cone, provided with wine stock inlet and outlet ports, the device including also a voltage regulator (13) and an ammeter (14). The result consists in controlling the copper ion content, as well as in reducing the production costs.
