A gel-typed polymer electrolyte is provided to exhibit performances equal to a battery containing a liquid electrolyte when applied to a battery, and prevent the leakage of electrolyte by inhibiting a thickness-swelling phenomenon of a battery largely. A gel-typed polymer electrolyte comprises a diacryl amide-based compound as a precursor for forming crosslinked polymers. The crosslinked polymer is formed by a crosslinking reaction of diacryl amide-based monomer and/or oligomer. The diacryl amide-based compound is a monomer represented by the following formula 1 or oligomer thereof. In the formula, R^1 and R^2 independently are hydrogen, and substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl groups, and are bound to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring structure, n is an integer of 0-4, and that n is 0 means a direct bond.
