A disassembling and combination type towing hook for a vehicle is provided to shorten the disassembling and assembling time of a second hook body, and to reduce the loading time by screwing a compatible hook body with a screw and disassembling and assembling a female screw from/with a male screw of a cylindrical part. A socket(13), projected to a bracket(11) at a front end of a side member(10), is formed to pass through a female screw(27). A compatible hook body(14) whose one end is formed with a ring is assembled and disassembled with/from the socket. A cylindrical part(21) whose diameter is larger than an external diameter of the socket is formed at a projection of the socket, and a male screw(22) is formed on an outer surface of the cylindrical part. One end of a second hook body(24) is formed with a ring and the other end of the second hook body is formed with a combining part(26) formed with the female screw. The female screw is jointed with the male screw. The cylindrical part is welded at the bracket. The cylindrical part is assembled with the socket.
