摘要 An air supply device for a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation of a rotary shaft caused due to thermal expansion by cooling the rotary shaft during high speed rotation, and reduce the weight of the rotary shaft. An air supply device for a vehicle, includes a motor assembly, an overheat prevention unit(128), an inlet duct(110), an impeller(180), an outlet duct(170), and an end plate(190). The motor assembly includes a motor(130) for rotating a rotary shaft(120), and an upper bearing holder(140) and a lower bearing holder(150) joined onto and beneath the motor so as to support the rotary shaft. The motor assembly has an air flow channel(133a) formed through the top and bottom of the motor assembly. The overheat prevention unit is mounted on the rotary shaft, and prevents the rotary shaft from being overheated. The inlet duct is joined onto the motor assembly, and guides air introduced through an inlet(111) to the air flow channel of the motor assembly. The impeller is joined beneath the rotary shaft, and compresses air by rotating together with the rotary shaft. The outlet duct is joined beneath the motor assembly, and accommodates the impeller into the center thereof. The outlet duct has an opening(171) for guiding air passed through the air flow channel of the motor assembly toward the impeller, and a volute(172) for discharging air which is blown through the impeller to an outlet port(173). The end plate closes the open bottom of the outlet duct.
