The present invention is a multi-cell joint detection method in slotted code division. It comprises the steps of: obtaining channel estimation results of the present cell and each neighboring cell using channel estimation of multi-set of codes, adjusting the channel estimation results of the present cell and the neighboring cell or the estimation result of the combined channel response according to the relative time delay between the signal of the user within the different cell, performing the joint detection by the estimation result of the combined channel response that obtained from the adjusted estimation result of the users of each dell or the adjusted result of the estimation result of the combined channel response. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
