A safety taxi management system utilizing a display unit interconnecting a mobile phone is provided to enable a user to utilize a taxi safely by confirming whether the taxi is a safety taxi, and to arrest the taxi through the inspection if the display unit is not operated or the display unit displays specified indications repeatedly. A stand(108) and a safety taxi display unit(112) are installed by a stand installation agency(101). A vehicle number and a stand code are stored in the safety taxi DB(102). If a taxi driver(103) inputs the vehicle number by using a registered mobile phone(105), a mobile phone number is extracted to be transmitted automatically, a safety taxi authentication code is created by using the mobile phone number, and the safety taxi authentication code is downloaded and stored in the mobile phone. And the mobile phone is connected with the stand, and a micro computer(110) on the stand recognizes the mobile phone and receives the phone number. After an authentication code is created and if the authentication code is the same as the safety taxi authentication code, an operation key of the display unit is created, and the micro computer of the display unit(114) recognizes the operation key to operate the display unit(116). Otherwise, the display unit is not operated, the micro computer of the stand creates an emergency operation key, and the micro computer of the display unit displays specified message repeatedly by recognizing the emergency operation key. |
