<p>The invention relates to a process and an installation for preparing a foaming agent for cell concrete masonry blocks. An aqueous solution with a dilution of 4% foaming concentrate containing 70...80% hydrolysed proteins, 2...6% hexylene glycol, 8...15% metal salts and 0.05% bactericidal substances is supplied under a pressure of 3.5 bar, in admixture with compressed air, to a generating pipe (4) wherein a plastic nozzle system (4b) is placed to contribute to the formation of the foaming agent. The resulting foaming agent is elastic and stable in time, being meant to be used in association with a usual cement mortar, in the manufacturing of cell concrete.</p> |
