<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulator having improved production efficiency and heat insulating performance by obtaining an adsorbing material for low active gas such as nitrogen. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulator 1A has a gas adsorbing material 2A constructing the adsorbing material and a plate shape core material 5 consisting of inorganic fiber aggregate covered by two outer coating materials 4A composed of laminate film including a heat fusion layer, a gas barrier layer and a surface protection layer in this order from an inside, and has an inside of the outer coating materials 4A decompressed and sealed. The gas adsorbing material 2A is provided by mixing Li and MgO by mechanical alloying by using a vibration ball mill of a stainless vessel/ball. In an embodiment, production efficiency of the heat insulator 1A can be improved since air is discharged by a vacuum pump to a certain degree of vacuum and then a predetermined degree of vacuum can be provided by adsorbing remaining gas by an adsorbing material. Also, heat insulating performance of the heat insulator 1A can be improved since low active gas in the outer coating materials 4A is adsorbed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
