PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration case for a cellular phone which is easily made thin while maintaining strength, whose assembling work can be simplified and in which complicated, colorful and accurate printing can easily be performed, its manufacturing method and a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The decoration case 1-1 for a cellular phone covers the surface where keytops of the cellular phone are operated with the keytops exposed. The decoration case 1-1 is configured by laminating a decoration film 10 made of a synthetic resin film, a reinforcing plate 20 made of a metal plate, and a bottom side film 30 made of a synthetic resin film to be united into a single body, wherein the laminated decoration film 10, reinforcing plate 20 and bottom side film 30 include keytop exposure parts 11, 21 and 31 consisting of openings for exposing the keytops 71.
