PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan fixing device by which a cooling fan is easily fixed. SOLUTION: The fan fixing device 62 is formed of an elastic material, and includes: a flat base plate 621 planarly covering an end surface side intersecting a fan rotating shaft in the cooling fan; and a second presser 623 which has a second base 6231 provided at the base plate 621 while protruding in the out-of-plane direction of the plate surface in the base plate 621 and an extending-out part 6232 extending from the tip of the second base 6231 so as to face the base plate 621, to support and fix the cooling fan between the second presser 623 and the base plate 621. In the base plate 621, an opening 6212 which allows the penetration of a part of the outer surface of the cooling fan is formed at a position facing the second extending-out part 6232. A space dimension between facing surfaces of the second extending-out part 6232 and the base plate 621 is set smaller than a thickness along the fan rotating shaft in the cooling fan.
