PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in bonding property for a printed surface of a printed film with the plate surface of a steel plate added with a pigment and coated (pre-coated steel plate), and producing a designed steel plate at a low cost. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition for the printed film-laminated steel plate containing a base material, a curing agent and a bonding accelerator is provided with that the base material is a polyester resin, the curing agent is a polyisocyanate compound, and the bonding accelerator is an amine-base catalyst and 1,3-bis(N, N-glycidylaminomethyl)cyclohexane.
