PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating actuator which can enlarge the starting torque, even if the outside diameter of a vibrator is small.

SOLUTION: This vibrating actuator is equipped with an annular vibrator 201 which vibrates by a drive signal, and a relative motion member 205 which performs relative motion to the vibrator by the vibration of the vibrator, and the outside diameter of the vibrator is 10-15 mm, and the force factor is 0.05 or larger.
