<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict an optimum time of a PM operation, to suppress a waste action by impossibility of the PM action on a site, and to suppress the occurrence of a down time due to the execution of the PM action as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This operational result management system of an image forming apparatus comprises an operation history recording means 3 that accumulates an operation or operational result information of the image forming apparatus 1 according to information from an image forming mechanism 2 of the image forming apparatus 1 in a time series manner, an arithmetic section 4 as an operational result plural-cycle histogram generation means that generates a plurality of time-series operational result histograms by different single cycles according to information input from the operation history recording means 3, and a display section 5 as a display means that reads the operational result histogram obtained by the arithmetic section 4 to display on an as-needed basis.
