INTEGRITY EVALUATION METHOD OF HEAT-INSULATING COATING FILM, AND LIFETIME EVALUATION DEVICE OF HEAT-RESISTANT COATING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate nondestructively the degree of damage of a heat-insulating coating film with high measurement sensitivity from an initial stage of operation of equipment on which the heat-insulating coating film is formed. SOLUTION: This integrity evaluation method of the heat-insulating coating film is characterized as follows: an alternating voltage is applied to the heat-insulating coating film 1 on a heat-resistant coating member 12 on which the heat-insulating coating film 1 comprising ion-conductive ceramics and a base material alloy 4 are formed integrally; an impedance value increased corresponding to the degree of a damage of the heat-insulating coating film 1 in a domain to which the alternating voltage is applied is measured; and the impedance value is compared with an impedance value of an actual machine heat-insulating coating database, to thereby evaluate integrity of the heat-insulating coating film after film formation or a damage amount of the heat-insulating coating film 1 after being used at a high temperature.
