FIELD: process for preparing of green peas grain for storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves threshing peavine and drying; 5-8 hours before mowing process, treating green peas with lower ester alkyl of eicosapentaenoic acid used at flow rate of 0.5-10 mg/hectare. Drying is performed in conjunction with peavine in windrows. Threshing is effectuated after grain residual moisture content is about 14 wt%. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of power and grain wastes during further processing of green peas grain. |
