摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hybrid turbine blade at low cost. SOLUTION: This hybrid turbine blade 10 is formed by surrounding a composite material core 16 by a composite material shell 14. The composite material core contains silicon carbide, silicon, and carbon. The composite material shell contains a wound or woven ceramic carbide fabric material. The method of manufacturing the blade comprises a step of (a) forming a carbon preform, a step of (b) forming a CMC composite material core part 16 from the mixture of silicon carbide, silica, and carbon by reacting the preform with silica at a temperature higher than the melting point of the silica, a step of (c) forming a multi-core assembly by disposing a temporary mandrel core part 18 adjacent to the CMC composite material core part, a step of (d) forming a composite material shell 14 by laying up a prepreg tape around the multi-core assembly, and a step of (e) removing the temporary mandrel core 18.
