<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely open a cap and clearly recognize whether the cap is once opened or not. <P>SOLUTION: This prefilled syringe 10 is provided with a syringe outer cylinder 12, and the cap 30 is detachably attached to a mouth part 20 of the syringe outer cylinder 12.
