<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network that can solve problems of a TCP and a UDP at the same time and is flexibly adaptive to the number of communication terminals and processing capability. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal on the transmission side of a data packet transmits the data packet to a terminal on the reception side of the data packet, the terminal on the reception side of the data packet when receiving the data packet transmits a reception confirmation packet to the terminal on the transmission side of the data packet according to a predetermined probability, and the terminal on the transmission side of the data packet retransmits the data packet to the terminal on the reception side of the data packet when not receiving the reception confirmation packet within a predetermined time.
