COAXIAL CONNECTOR, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, SUPERCONDUCTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector capable of jointing a terminal of the coaxial connector to an electrode of a superconducting element at a relatively low temperature; to provide its manufacturing method; a superconducting device using the coaxial connector; and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this coaxial connector 10 connected to a coaxial cable, a surface coating layer 20 formed of a metal material generating an eutectic reaction with In is formed on a surface of a terminal 12 being a central conductor. Since the surface coating layer formed of a metal material generating the eutectic reaction with In is formed on the surface of the terminal of the coaxial connector, the terminal of the coaxial connector can be jointed to the electrode of the superconducting element by a solder layer comprising In-based solder at a relatively low temperature. Thereby, oxygen can be prevented from being released from the inside of a superconductor film of a superconductive filter, and drop of a critical temperature TCcan be prevented.
