摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is provided with a power-feeding structure capable of reliably supplying power from a power-feeding line to a counter electrode, and has high reliability. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises: an array substrate 3 provided with a pixel electrode 8 arranged according to an active area 6A and a power-feeding line 250 for supplying a prescribed potential; a counter substrate 4 provided with a light-shielding layer BM which is arranged in a frame area 6B surrounding an active area and has an edge part BME extended outside the frame area, and a counter electrode 9 having a connection part 9A which is arranged according to the active area, is extended outside the frame area and is superimposed on the edge part; a sealing material 110 which is arranged in the frame area and sticks the array substrate and the counter substrate while forming a prescribed gap between both substrates; a liquid crystal layer 5 held in a gap between the array substrate and the counter substrate; and a conductive member 290 which conducts electricity between the power-feeding line and the connection part of the counter electrode in an external side of the sealing material.
