PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which makes it easy to change sides, prevents the neck from largely bending even when sides are changed and a side lying position is attained, and prevents the neck from inclining with a jolt even when sides are changed. SOLUTION: When the side lying position is attained, a side head part is supported by projecting line parts 5 and 7. Since the width dimension in the front and back directions of a right part 3c is formed larger than a center part 3a, a part from the cheek to the jaw is supported by the right part 3c. The right part 3c is formed higher than the center part 3a, the neck is prevented from inclining with a jolt. Since the center part 3a and the left and right parts 3b and 3a are integrally formed and the left and right part side of the upper surface of the center part 3a and the center part side of the upper surface of the left and right parts are formed to be a continuous inclined surface 11, sides are changed smoothly.
