PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter unit warming cover which ensures heat retaining properties thereof, minimizes a meter unit installation space, and allows a meter unit to be set on a floor. SOLUTION: The meter unit warming cover has a cover body 51 which is set up by butting a pair of right and left divided members against each other, and encloses at least an essential part of the meter unit 40 to thermally insulate the same, and a meter portion lid 52 for covering a meter 44. When the pairing divided members of the cover body 51 are butted against each other, both right and left side surfaces 43c, 43c of a base 43, both right and left side surfaces 42a, 41a of holding portions 42, 41, and external surfaces 42b, 41b adjacent to the side surfaces 42a, 41a make intimate contact at least with a lower end inner peripheral surface 51c of the cover body 51 to form an airtight surface 40a on a surface of the base 43, and thus the meter unit is enclosed by the airtight surface 40a except for a bottom surface 43d of the base 43.
