<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery superior in liquid leakage resistance and cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: This is the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery equipped with a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator arranged between these electrodes, a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, and an outer sheath member made of a laminate material to house these. Between the separator and at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode, a polymer support is provided. The amount of the electrolytic solution existing in this nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery is 0.14 to 0.35 g per a volume of 1 cm<SP>3</SP>of this nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. A polymer support is adhered to the separator and at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode.
