PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage acrylic resin composition enabling to contain microcapsules including a heat storage material in high proportion and to exhibit excellent heat storage properties, heat resistance and even flame retardancy as well, and provide a heat storage sheet-like molding using the composition. SOLUTION: This heat storage acrylic resin composition comprises, as a matrix, (A) an acrylic copolymer having a reactive functional group in the molecular chain and the number-average molecular weight in terms of polystyrene of 800-20,000, (B) a compound having a functional group reacting with the acrylic copolymer, and (C) an acrylic copolymer having no reactive functional group in the molecular chain and the number-average molecular weight in terms of polystyrene of 800-6,000.
