PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element array on which lenses can be mounted with high accuracy at a low cost, to provide a display device capable of stereoscopic display by the use of it, and to provide a manufacturing method for a display device. SOLUTION: A lens sheet 10 according to the invention is composed of a plurality of unit lenses 11 and non-periodic flat parts 12. The non-periodic flat parts are made to function as a lens reference marks for positioning. The display device 30 is composed using this lens sheet 10 so that the non-periodic flat parts 12 of the lens sheet 10 are superposed on the positioning marks 22 of a display panel 20. Since the non-periodic flat parts 12 serving as lens reference marks are disposed on the positioning marks 22, observation displacement of the positioning marks due to lens effect yielded during alignment is prevented, and highly accurate alignment is ensured.
