PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a door beam capable of sufficiently absorbing impact by a door beam without increasing a cross section area of the door beam and deforming a bracket when collision load is applied to it in side impact in automobile accident. SOLUTION: The bracket 2 for mounting the door beam 1 to an inner panel 3 of a door panel 5 is constituted by a door beam joint piece 2a joined to an end of the door beam 1; an inner panel joint piece 2b joined to a bent piece 3a of the inner panel 3; and a reinforcement piece 2c continuously contacted with both pieces so as to be approximately perpendicular to the door beam joint piece 2a and the inner panel joint piece 2b.
