摘要 An electrochemical fluorescent device is provided to be operable by low voltage of 3 V or less, have excellent electric/chemical stability, and enable fluorescent switching. An electrochemical fluorescent device includes an electrolyte and a fluorescent compound or a mixture of fluorescent compounds. The fluorescent compound or mixture of fluorescent compounds comprises an aromatic compound and a compound represented by the following formula 1, formula 2, or/and formula 3. The aromatic compound is a polycyclic aromatic ring, and is anthracene, biphenylether, biphenylalkylene, biphenylsulfide, naphthalene, pyrene, perylene, pentacene, tetrazine, and a derivative thereof; a cyanine derivative; tetrathiafulvalene and a derivative thereof; thiophene and a thiophene derivative; biphenyl, thienylenevinylene, a ferrocene derivative, oligothiophene, an oligo biphenyl ring, or a mixture thereof.
