PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous adhesive that is excellent in water resistance of a coating film obtained therefrom, adhesive properties and adhering properties to various substrates, and the like, and a laminated product using the same. SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesive comprises a polyolefin resin (A) comprised of an unsaturated carboxylic acid component (A1), an ethylenic hydrocarbon component (A2) and an acrylic ester component or a methacrylic ester component (A3), where the mass ratios of the components (A1)-(A3) satisfy expressions (i) and (ii) below, other polyolefin resin (B), a basic compound (C) and an aqueous medium. 0.01≤(A1)/ä(A1)+(A2)+(A3)}×100≤7 (i). 23≤(A3)/ä(A1)+(A2)+(A3)}×100≤40 (ii).
