PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, when removing an inhibition component in a wide range in a method by a resin, even in the case where a prescribed inhibition component does not exist apparently, a resin for removing the inhibition component is required to be always prepared in consideration of the state of each person, and resultantly not only a useless quantity consumed is increased, but also increase of waste is undesirable to an environment. SOLUTION: A commonly-used pretreating container having a plurality of resin filters is provided on a container attachment/detachment port 67, and a preliminary pretreating container having a plurality of resin filters is also provided as shown in Fig.1, and either of a commonly-used path for circulating liquid only through the commonly-used pretreating container and a preliminary path for circulating liquid through the preliminary pretreating container 13 and then through the commonly-used pretreating container 8 is selected by a user switch 16.
