PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification melting method and its device capable of properly treating incombustibles discharged from a lower part of a gasification furnace, reducing the final disposal amount discharged to the external from the whole system, and stably performing an operation. SOLUTION: In this gasification melting method, the incombustible is gasified in a fluidized-bed gasification furnace 10, a gas G1 produced by the gasification is introduced to a melting furnace 11 to be burned at high temperature, ash included in the produced gas G1 is molten to be slag, and the incombustible B discharged from the fluidized-bed gasification furnace 10 is separated. Metals are removed from the separated incombustible B, the incombustible B after removing the metals is crushed and pulverized by a crusher 21 and a pulverizer 24, and the pulverized incombustible I is stored in a pulverized matter hopper 25. Then the pulverized matter is quantitatively brought and supplied to the fluidized-bed gasification furnace 10, the melting furnace 11 or a duct 37 for guiding the produced gas to the melting furnace 11.
