PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission structure making grease not easily flow out of a grease filling space, making foreign matter hard flowing into the grease filling space from an outside, making a slide part unseizable, and making itself hardly run out. SOLUTION: An opening in an opposite side of a connection part 10 side of a male yoke 1 of a sleeve 2 fitting in the male yoke 1 with spline fitting is sealed by a first lid member 3. A through hole 15 including a first passage part 20 of a cylindrical shape and a second cylindrical passage part 21 with a smaller inner diameter than an inner diameter of the first passage part 20 positioned in the first lid member 3 side of the first passage part 20 is formed on the male yoke 1, and a second lid member 4 is arranged to cover an opening in an opposite side of the first lid member 3 side of the through hole 15. An air vent hole overlapping in an axial direction on a part of an inner circumference surface of the first passage part 20 and extending in the axial direction is formed on the second lid member 4.
