PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-surge tank gas introducing device for an internal combustion engine capable of uniformly dispersing gas such as blow-by gas into intake air, and exhibiting the enhanced degree of freedom of a gas introduction position. SOLUTION: An intake air flow guide plate 16 gradually separating from a surge tank inner wall as going to a downstream side is formed on an upstream side of a gas inlet port 24 in this gas introducing device. From an intake air flow non-influence space lower than the intake air flow guide plate 16 to an intake air flow space in the upper, the blow-by gas is uniformly dispersed into the intake air without being biased and is supplied to a cylinder side by gentle flow or dispersion from the whole of a boundary surface of the two spaces. An arrangement range of the intake air flow guide plate 16 is wide and the length is optional, and the gas inlet port 24 may be on the downstream side of the intake air flow guide plate 16, and thereby, the degree of freedom of the gas introduction position is high.
