<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerated lightweight concrete panel whose appearance quality is not spoiled by linear scratches, by specifying the cause of the linear scratches that are generated on the panel surface in cutting the semi-plastic substance with a piano wire and efficiently eliminating the cause. <P>SOLUTION: Iron pieces contained in the crushed powders of an aerated lightweight concrete raw material are segregated/removed using a permanent magnet. The iron pieces are segregated/removed from the crushed powders, for example, by using the drum 1 which keeps outer peripheral part 2 rotatable and the permanent magnet 3 arranged/fixed inside of the outer peripheral part 2 over almost the half area of the outer periphery, attracting the iron pieces contained in the crushed powders on the outer peripheral part 2 in the permanent magnet 3 arrangement area with the rotation of the outer peripheral part 2 of the drum 1, and then detaching from the outer peripheral part 2 in the non-arrangement area of the permanent magnet 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
