PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can be assembled, focused, etc. without rotating a lens unit and an imaging element. SOLUTION: The lens barrel of the lens unit 10 having a lens and the front side base portion 2a and projecting portion 3 of a housing 1 are integrally formed. A male screw portion 11 is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the lens barrel of the lens unit 10. A cylindrical adjuster 20 is rotatably provided in a holder 30 and a female screw portion 21 is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the adjuster 20. A circuit board 40 on which the imaging element 41 is mounted is fixed to the boss 32 of the holder 30. The adjuster 20 is rotated and screwed on the lens unit 10, so that the lens unit 10 is moved in an optical axis direction, to perform assembling, focusing, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
