<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool heat generated from lamp bulbs while diffusing it into a wide space part without using a heat shield plate or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A combination lamp is composed of a lamp-bulb light-emitting part 10, which comprises lamp bulbs, each lamp-bulb reflector part 51 provided around each lamp bulb 1, and a lamp-bulb housing part 71 that houses the lamp bulbs 1 and the lamp-bulb reflector parts 51, and a LED light-emitting part 20 which is provided at the upper part of the lamp-bulb light-emitting part 10 and comprises a plurality of LEDs 2, each LED reflector part 52 provided around each LED 2, and a LED housing part 72 that houses a plurality of the LEDs 2 and the LED reflector parts 52.
