RELAY APPARATUS, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay apparatus capable of controlling communication between a wireless terminal and the opposite side terminal in accordance with position information of the wireless terminal without changing applications of the wireless terminal and the opposite side terminal, and to provide a relaying method and a relay program.

SOLUTION: The relay apparatus includes: a terminal position information updating part 23 for updating position information of the wireless terminal 3a and a wireline terminal 4 stored in a terminal position information storing part 24 to position information of the wireless terminal 3a and the wireline terminal 4 acquired from a terminal position measuring instrument 5 on the basis of the IP addresses of the wireless terminal 3a and the wireline terminal 4; an interterminal operating part 25 for calculating a distance between the wireless terminal 3a and the wireline terminal 4; a distance judging part 28 for judging whether the calculated distance is within a prescribed distance range indicated by communication condition data stored in a communication condition data storing part 27; and a communication control part 29 for controlling communication between the wireless terminal 3a and the wireline terminal 4 on the basis of a communication condition indicated by the communication condition data if being within the prescribed distance range.
